Do you allow pets?
We allow pets that are 25lbs or less. We also have designated pet lots in the park. For additional information about our pet policy, please contact the office.
What time is check-in?
Please check-in by 3pm. Exceptions will be made at management discretion.
What are the different colors on your map?
Blue (or shaded) lots are smaller with a small concrete patio, and the RV and car park on the grass.

White lots are larger with a large concrete patio, concrete RV parking pad, and concrete car parking pad.

Do you offer daily/weekly rates?
Yes! A daily/weekly rate will be prorated from the applicable monthly rate. Monthly rates are listed here.
How close are you to the beach?
Fort Myers Beach is 25 miles away, about a 46 minute drive.
Can I stay year round?
We are a seasonal park, meaning you can stay up to 6 months at Raintree anywhere from November thru April.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes - the length of your stay determines the deposit amount required to hold your reservation.
Do you have any shopping nearby?
Yes! There is a Dollar General just across from Raintree. There are also plenty of grocery stores, retail stores, and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive.
