Welcome to Raintree RV Resort, a family-owned and operated destination with a rich history and a personal touch. Founded in 1984 by Bill and Sandy Paddack, Raintree was built from the ground up with dedication, vision, and a passion for creating a welcoming community for RV enthusiasts.
 

Originally from Indiana, Bill and Sandy decided to trade cold winters for the sunny skies of Florida, turning their dream into reality by establishing Raintree. Before building the resort, Bill began his entrepreneurial journey with a trucking business alongside his brother, Jack, back in Indiana.
 

Today, Bill and Sandy continue to live at Raintree, offering hands-on management and friendly service to every guest. They operate the park with their son, Jim, and daughter, Jacque, ensuring that Raintree remains a family-driven venture where guests feel like part of the family too.
